Job Description
1. At least 10 years of working management in technology-based companies: instant food delivery tech industry with combined experience of voucher management experience would be highly preferred.
2. Ability to communicate in both Bahasa and English.
3. Exposure in business development, operation, managing large team is ideal.
4. Should you have experience and knowledge in the voucher industry, this will be a plus.
5. Strong leadership with excellent influencing, communication and presentation skills.
6. Strong ability to set clear measurable objectives, delegate responsibilities, assesses, recognize and reward performance.
7. Drive and hunger to achieve results, entrepreneur mindset.
8. Independent, self-starter, initiative, and the ability to work in fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
9. Excellent business acumen, analytical skill and willingness to be hands-on, and work within tight deadlines.
10. High commitment, confidence, motivation and flexibility.
